I am really enjoying myself and what I am learning so far. I feel like the probing questions have pushed me to be realistic and break down my goals. Although I created a vision board and read books about it. I still didn't take in the information on how to actually achieve my goals but this is really helping me and each session, I am learning principles to take action and be successful with my goals. The coaching sessions are more than meeting my expectations. Simple things like having a powerpoint presentation really help me learn and then pausing to reflect on questions and listen to other people in the group is helping me to expand my mind, think about what I want to achieve and be inspired by their capabilities and your journey too. The personal touch of shared successes and stories that you have is really encouraging and keeps me motivated and also sending in weekly wins reminds me to be grateful for achievements and to pause and take a deeper look at my life and where I have come from. Doing this helps me to believe in myself and what I can do in the future. My confidence is really building.
